VEGAN CREAM CHEESE BAGEL SANDWICH
Ingredients
- 1 bagel of choice
- 3 tablespoons onion cashew cream cheese
- Lettuce
- 5 cucumber slices
- Sprouts
- Red onion (thinly sliced)
- 4 slices avocado
- Sprinkle ground black pepper
- Sprinkle dried dill weed
Instructions

You can start by lightly toasting your bagel if desired.

Spread some of the vegan cashew cream cheese onto both slices of your bagel.

On one slice, add some lettuce and cucumber slices.

Sprinkle some pepper and dill weed onto the cucumber slices.

Next, add some thinly sliced red onion, alfalfa sprouts, four avocado slices, and another piece of lettuce.

Place the other bagel slice on top and enjoy!
